We just celebrated Staff Appreciation Week, an entire week dedicated to honoring and saying thank you to all university staff for their hard work.  I personally want to thank each and every staff member working for TAMU, SSC and Chartwells for all that you do to serve the Texas A&M University campus.  This university simply would not function without the hard work performed by staff each and every day. In his keynote address for Staff Appreciation Week Development Day, President Michael K. Young talked about principles of a good leader with one of those being making sure your people know you appreciate their efforts. I am a firm believer in this principle - we all need to be in order to have successful staff.

 

As the SAW motto goes, We Can’t DO Without YOU!
