March 2017 25th Edition

The first couple months of 2017 have flown.  How can it be March already and spring break is almost upon us?  Did you make a new year’s resolution?  If so, what was it?  Many of us tend to make resolutions with very good intentions but don’t end up sticking to them.  I’m a big believer that a resolution doesn’t need to be implemented at the beginning of each new calendar year; they can be made at any time of the year.  Is there something you’ve been wanting to add to or remove from your lifestyle/routine?  It’s been said that it takes 21 days to form a habit.  All of us have things in our lives that we would like to improve upon. I challenge each of us to decide on just one thing we’d like to work on and make a resolve to put it into practice.  Small changes can really make a big difference.

Here’s to sticking to new habits!
