TWO EDCS ASSOCIATES RECEIVE PROMOTIONS
Our Engineering, Design and Construction Services team reorganized their department to reduce the number of teams and reapportioned team membership from five teams to four. As a result, Shannon Tipton was promoted to a new role of Manager of Standardization for Construction Services. In this role, Shannon develops, updates and standardizes project management operational procedures, processes, and forms. She also improves e-Builder applications and provides support and training for employees and customers.
EDCS Office Associate Crystal Roye was promoted to HR Generalist following her December 2017 graduation from Texas A&M with her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Development. In her new role, Crystal will support all four departments in Facilities Services; her tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, training, retention and employee relations.
