DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

The focus for this month is Women’s Heritage Month, but even more specifically International Women’s day which took place on March 8. At Compass Group, we are building an inclusive culture where all feel accepted and empowered to be the difference. In celebration of International Women’s Day, through stories that were submitted to us directly from associates, we are highlighting the contributions of women within our organization and the importance of a gender inclusive culture.
