Engineering, Design and Construction Services' deferred maintenance 2019 projects have just been approved with a total cost of approximately $21,000,000. EDCS has created a team dedicated to deferred maintenance and this group will design the DM projects over the next few months. Construction will begin in September when the funds are released by TAMU. Projects include HVAC replacement, piping replacement, new fire sprinklers and alarms, new roofing, exterior building restoration and waterproofing, door replacements and ADA upgrades. The goal is to complete construction on all of these projects by the end of fiscal year 2019.
