MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION RESTRUCTURE

The Maintenance Department has implemented a restructure to support continuing improvements.  This provides an opportunity to work together among groups and branch out for growth within the company.

 

Stephanie King is the Operations Manager for three teams: Technology, Quality Control, and Work Flow.

 

Nathan Segrest leads the Technology team, which includes the HelpDesk, Network Systems, and Software Applications.  The Technology team is responsible for maintaining physical devices and data administration.

 

Wes Duffard leads the Quality Control team, which includes Safety, Audit, and Training.  The QC team is responsible for process efficiency and process compliance.

 

Brenda Barton leads the Work Flow team, which includes AggieWorks Center, Communications Center, and Maintenance Coordinators.   The Work Flow team is responsible for work request classification as well as coordination for immediate response requests and routine maintenance work.

 

These three teams definitely have their work cut out for them and are excited about supporting continuing improvements.
