Consider a current task where there is room for improvement (i.e. account, community, client partnership, etc.). Think big, if you had one wish what would the solution be? What if there were no constraints. Have the team discuss. What makes the ideas so impossible? How can teamwork make the idea possible? Can an idea be scaled down or modified to achieve the impact intended?
