KUDOS TO AGGIEWORKS STAFF

 

We all know that throughout the year, there are influx periods, especially around the beginning of the fall semester.  This year AggieWorks Center (AWC) staff processed 10,636 customer requests (CRs) in the month of August.  That’s 12% of the year end total of 82,885!   While that is a feat in and of itself, we especially want to recognize the promotion accuracy for the year.  It’s of great wonder that AWC can decipher and apply classification to CRs with vague descriptions such as, “There is a loud banging noise coming from upstairs of our room. Lots of other people can hear it on the east side of the building, and it keeps people up at night.”   

 

Thank you to the AggieWorks Center staff for critical thinking and patient endurance throughout the busy seasons!
