SAFETY COMMITTEE APPRECIATION LUNCH
Every October, SSC’s safety committee holds an appreciation lunch for all Grounds, Custodial and Maintenance associates who serve on the safety committee. This year’s appreciation lunch was held on October 9 and a full chicken fried steak meal was served. The safety committee chairs were able to give away cool prizes to every person in attendance, which totaled about 120. Maintenance Safety Coordinator Ronald Kleppel remarks, “Stop, Think and Act was and will continue to be our topic of discussion. Being safe starts with thinking about what you are doing and not proceeding if there is a safer way of doing the task. Thank you to everyone for working safe this past year!”
