Northwest Custodial Supervisor Brenda Jackson nominated her associates Jannette Mendoza, Naomi Hallford and Joshua Criddle for the GEM2 (Great Employees Make Magic) award for January.
Brenda wrote such a lovely nomination definitely worth sharing:
“I’ve had the pleasure of supervising the three associates in my crew that have been nominated for January GEM award as a result of their continual excellent service to the students, faculty and staff. Our nominees have developed positive relationships with the students, and always have a smile on their faces. With strong time management skills and superior standards of excellence, our GEM nominees are invaluable assets to SSC and the Northwest Crew. They are self-motivated, attending work daily with dedication and diligence. We regard this group for their strong character, care and commitment to the highest quality of work. Our GEMs are committed to the Northwest Crew and easily adapt to new crew members and working environments. When the team is short-staffed, they always respond positively to the additional requirements by taking ownership of added areas and assignments without complaint or hesitation. Our GEMs do not hesitate to work weekend trash detail shifts and always keeps their areas looking fantastic. In challenging situations, our nominees perform well and are well deserving of this honor. There is no “I” in the word team. Togetherness Equals A lot More!"
Thank you Jannette Mendoza, Naomi Hallford andJoshua Criddle for your awesome efforts!
