On Tuesday, May 7, Maintenance held a celebration for the 2019 TAMU graduates: Aneida Valdez, (Admin Student Worker), Logan Mitchell (AMPT Student Worker), and Sean Williford (Rec Sports Student Worker). The department had a fajita luncheon followed by cake and cupcakes. Each graduate received an A&M crest paperweight and a business card holder. Guests were invited to fill out cards with “words of wisdom” that were included in the gift bags for the graduates. It was a nice gathering enjoyed by all who attended.

After the graduation luncheon, the WorkFlow team and the Tech & Quality Assurance team held teambuilding activities. They played a bingo game where everyone interacted and got to know each other a little better. Prizes were handed out for bingo winners with a straight line, H, and blackout. The teams also split into 4 groups to see who could build the tallest tower made of masking tape, string, marshmallows, and spaghetti. The tower had to stand on its own for 3 seconds. The winning tower created by Brandy Cobbs, Shay Stevenson, and Rhonda Whipple-Mumm was 43” tall! Thank you to all who participated. Information submitted by Brenda Barton, WorkFlow Team Supervisor
