Recently Custodial Services associate Tameka Fletcher received a letter from Chris Marrs, Executive Dean of Blinn College at the RELLIS campus. Mr. Marrs had some very kind words to say about Tameka, who is affectionately called “Meka” in the building.
Mr. Marrs wrote, “I wish to offer my most sincere gratitude for sending Tameka Fletcher to join our Blinn-RELLIS Team here in the Walter C. Schwartz building during our inaugural year. Her amazing work ethic, expertise, and pleasant demeanor embody the positive culture I strive to promote on this campus, and she has directly contributed to our many successes.”
The letter went on to say, “I am honored to have the opportunity to interact with “Meka” on a daily basis. Warm and endearing, she welcomes all with a smile and friendly greeting; while at the same time, maintains a meticulous commitment to her work that ensures our building is showcase-ready at all times. To have someone on-site like Meka who takes true ownership of her areas of responsibility is not something I take for granted.”
Custodial Services is extremely proud of Tameka. She has proven to be quite an asset for SSC at TAMU and we are delighted to have her on our team. Having been with Custodial for a little over a year, Tameka receives many compliments on her work and customer service skills. We hope she will continue to be a part of the Compass Group and Blinn community family for years to come.
Thank you, Tameka, for really standing out and shining brightly!
