Project Managers Alex Fuentes and Matt Wiederstein lead the project of renovating the 1st floor dining facility of the MSC. The renovation will convert the five existing dining concepts into four new dining concepts and relocate the existing Points of Sale into each individual concept. The approximate area of construction covers 8,250 square feet. The renovation will bring a Chick-Fil-A, Jason’s Deli, a Pizza Concept and Tex-Mex Concept to the MSC. This construction will be conducted in phases and will begin with Chick-Fil-A , this coming December and summer for the remaining areas.
