TED DAWSON NAMED RDO OF THE YEAR AT COMPASS GROUP USA - NIGHT OF THE STARS

 

For the 22nd year, Compass Group has put on this “Red Carpet Gala” known as the “Night of the Stars” that recognizes the extraordinary acheivements of our top performers across our sectors, with attendees spanning the United States and Canada. The Best of the Best, the Cream of the Crop in the industry is selected to receive such high honors. This year the event was held in Orlando Florida at the Hard Rock Hotel Universal Orlando.  
Our very own Ted Dawson, Regional Director of Operations for Custodial Services at TAMU was selected and well deserving of this and many more awards and recognition to come. 
We are so proud to call Ted our RDO and in my opinion, no one is more deserving. 


Ted was selected for this honor because of his great leadership, loyalty and dedication to making  our 600+ custodial division run efficiently and consistently with his hands on approach and boots on the ground initiative. He does not sit behind his desk, he is in the field every day interacting with TAMU higher eshalone, rubbing elbows with Deans, proctors and everyone he sees, chatting it up with his custodial associates who knows his face and they love to see him in their buildings. 


Ted is a family man and his family is top priority and this includes his SSC family and he insists that we all have work life/home life balance. He cares about his associates and their families. This means a lot to us that works directly with Ted every day.
Ted is one of a kind and we are very appreciative of his leadership, his work ethic and he is great person to work with. 


Congratulations Ted, we are so proud of you. Your SSC Custodial Family!
